Shofar at Shabbat Service
James will be sounding the shofar for Shabbat Services at Gateway Church, Southlake, TX Shabbat Services in September (9/5), October (10/3), November (11/7), and December (12/5) 2025 at the 7 pm service. He sounds the shofar with the worship team.
Shofar Workshop Advanced
This shofar workshop includes advanced topics in shofar ministry, technique and skills, and teachings related to the heart, preparation for and growing the ministry of the shofar. James also leads participants in a master class where each person received specialized advice and practical help with their shofar development. Participation in the advanced shofar workshop requires completion of the shofar workshop beginner workshop. These workshops take place at Gateway Church Southlake, TX

Shofar Workshop Beginner
Would you like to learn more about the shofar (the trumpet of the bible)? Our workshop will bring you to a deeper understanding of the role of the shofar in the bible and it’s use today. You will learn all about the different types of shofars as well as hear and experience them. The workshop also includes a group lesson where everyone learns the basics on how to sound a shofar. James has shofars available for people to try and buy at the workshop. If you have a shofar please bring it as well. This workshop is at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX.

Sukkot Weekend Sounding+Shofar Workshop
This is a special weekend with Gateway Jewish Ministries and shabbatdate.org (Camping with the King). There is a picnic along with teaching from Pastor Greg Stone on Firday evening October 10. James will sound the shofar at that event. On Saturday October 11 James will lead a shofar workshop at the smaller shelter/picnic area from 2-4 pm. It is sure to be a fun weekend!
June 2025 Mission
James will be traveling to Chicago, Central Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, New York City, Albany, NY and more. He will be ministering with the trumpet, the shofar, teaching, and evangelizing. This is under the umbrella of Trumpet of Glory Ministries.
